Jones Harris are a registered firm of Chartered Accountants and as such we are required by law to give you information about various aspects of our business.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is Aqueous Management Limited trading as Aqueous Underwriting, their registered address is 30 Fenchurch Avenue, London, EC3M 5AD. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.

Privacy and Cookies

Please note that this site uses Google Analytics to monitor visitor numbers and similar data, such as which pages are most or least often visited. The Google Analytics facility on this site does not collect personally identifiable information.

The data collected is anonymous and aggregated, which means the information is grouped together (rather than identifying individual behaviour) so as to give us an overall picture of total visitor traffic, page popularity and how these details change over time.

Aside from the cookies used in relation to Google Analytics and downloading certain documents from the site, no tracking technologies are used on this site and no personally identifiable details are collected, stored or shared with others.

How We Collect and Use Information

In addition to gathering anonymous information through our use of Google Analytics, the site also features a number of email links and reply forms. Through these, visitors are invited to contact us and/or leave their details – for example, to sign up for a newsletter or to request a meeting. If you do provide your contact details, then we will store the information on our secure database.

We will only contact you to provide the information you have requested. If you have opted to receive news updates, you may opt out of receiving further communications at any time – either by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link on any emails we send, or by writing to us with your ‘unsubscribe’ request. If you reply via an ‘unsubscribe’ link on an email, your request will be handled automatically and almost instantaneously. If you write to us or telephone us, we will endeavour to action your request within 5 working days.

If you have opted to receive our news updates, your email address will be accessible  to our appointed agency, The Rabbit Patch, which manages the distribution of our newsletter. The company will not share your details with any other party and will only use the data for the purpose of issuing the news updates. It will abide by exactly the same data protection and privacy laws as we do.

Except as noted above, we will not pass on your details to any other third party unless required to do so by law.
