New £20m SME Brexit Support Fund

In February 2021 a new £20m SME Brexit Support Fund has been announced by Government, offering support to help businesses to adjust.

Small businesses can get help in changing to new customs procedures, rules of origin, and VAT rules when trading with the EU.

Is my Business Eligible for the New £20m SME Brexit Support Fund?

If your business has fewer than 500 employees and no more than £100 million annual turnover your business could be eligible for the SME Brexit Support Fund. Awards are up to £2000.

Has your business only previously traded with the EU? If so, you’ll be new to importing and exporting processes. In which case you can apply for grants of up to £2,000. This will pay for practical support, including training and professional advice to ensure you can continue trading effectively with the EU.
