The festive season is going to be quite different this year. The Government has released Christmas Bubble Guidance about what you can and can’t do. We’ve also included details about our own early office closure.
Christmas Bubble Guidance
Rules have been agreed between the four home nations regarding restrictions on friends and families meeting up over the Christmas period. Between 23 and 27 December:
-
- People will be able to form an exclusive ‘Christmas bubble’ composed of people from no more than three households.
- People can travel between tiers and UK nations for the purposes of meeting their Christmas bubble.
- People can only meet their Christmas bubble in private homes or in home-gardens, places of worship, or public outdoor spaces (this does not include pubs and restaurants)
- People in a Christmas bubble are allowed to stay in private rented accommodation but are not allowed to meet in any other indoor setting, such as a pub, hotel, retail, theatre, or restaurant. In these settings, people have to comply with the rules that apply to the Tier in which they are meeting.
Early Office Closure
In order to enable our own staff to make the most of this period, the Directors will closing the office at 5pm on 23 December as opposed to the 24th. We are sure, that you will also want to spend more time with family, while you can, rather than contacting us!
