Changes at Jones Harris

Here’s an update on changes at Jones Harris and how the office will be operating over the next few weeks. We will let you keep you updated if any of this alters.

The majority of Jones Harris staff are now working from home because of the escalating coronavirus pandemic. Tax Manager Rachel Haines (pictured) and ready to start work at home.

A skeleton team of staff will look after the office at St Peter’s Place in Fleetwood. They are, of course, following strict government guidelines on social distancing and sanitisation.

Managing the issues which cannot be managed remotely, among other things they will answer the phone in reception and deal with post. Everything else which staff need to carry out their roles can be accessed remotely, thanks to our paperless, entirely computerised systems. Most direct dial numbers are now forwarded to mobiles.

We will continue to offer appointments, but these will be conducted by telephone or remote access, until further notice.

Physical Books

Books can continue to be brought into the office. However, you won’t be able to come inside. Please knock on the door and step back two metres so that we can speak to you and collect the books.

Messenger Service

We’re still offering this service at the current time, and picking books up most days. Please speak to us if you will find it difficult to get books to us and we will liaise with you on a case by case basis.
