Privacy and cookies

Please note that this site uses Google Analytics to monitor visitor numbers and similar data, such as which pages are most or least often visited. The Google Analytics facility on this site does not collect personally identifiable information.

The data collected is anonymous and aggregated, which means the information is grouped together (rather than identifying individual behaviour) so as to give us an overall picture of total visitor traffic, page popularity and how these details change over time.

Aside from the cookies used in relation to Google Analytics and downloading certain documents from the site, no tracking technologies are used on this site and no personally identifiable details are collected, stored or shared with others.

If you do not wish to accept the cookies on this site, please set your browser not to accept them. Such action should have no detrimental effect upon your use of this site. Alternatively, you may choose to leave this site instead. By continuing to use this site without changing your browser settings to decline the use of cookies, you are deemed to be giving your consent to their use.

How We Collect and Use Information

In addition to gathering anonymous information through our use of Google Analytics, the site also features a number of email links and reply forms. Through these, visitors are invited to contact us and/or leave their details – for example, to sign up for a newsletter or to request a meeting. If you do provide your contact details, then we will store the information on our secure database.

We will only contact you to provide the information you have requested. If you have opted to receive news updates, you may opt out of receiving further communications at any time – either by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link on any emails we send, or by writing to us with your ‘unsubscribe’ request.

We will not pass on your details to any third party unless required to do so by law. However, if you have opted to receive our news updates, your email address will be accessible  to our appointed agency, The Rabbit Patch, which manages the distribution of our newsletter. The company will not share your details with any other party and will only use the data for the purpose of issuing the newsletter and occasional news updates. It will abide by exactly the same data protection and privacy laws as we do.
